We work to show our scarves, colors, and prints as accurately as possible, though screens vary and slight differences are normal. All products are subject to availability, and we may update or discontinue items at any time.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the time you place your order. Payment is taken securely through our payment processor at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment is approved.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if an item is out of stock or we identify a pricing error, in which case we will contact you and issue any refund due. A contract is formed when we confirm your order has shipped.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery is handled as described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including our original scarf designs, prints, images, logo, and text, belongs to BanuStyle and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BanuStyle is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
