Shipping Policy

Everything that happens between your order and your scarf arriving at your door.

Where we ship

BanuStyle currently ships to addresses within the United States. If you would like to order from outside the US, email us at orders@banustyle.com and we will do our best to help.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch. Our scarves are designed and made in Turkey and ship from our studio, so delivery can sit toward the longer end of that range during peak periods. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are guidelines, not guarantees.

Shipping cost

Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If your tracking has not updated within a few business days, or your order has not arrived in the estimated window, contact us at orders@banustyle.com and we will look into it right away.

Customs and duties

Any import duties or taxes that may apply for destinations outside the United States are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
